Role & Responsibilities
Within our team of Event Managers, your role will be to
- Organise the events of our German clients
- Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
- Conduct negotiations with service providers
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
- Participate to the development of processes, tools and product features
- Recruit and train new joiners
Compensation & Benefits:
- Package: 35K€ to 40K€ including uncapped bonus based on client satisfaction

You are the ideal candidate if:
- You speak native German and English
- It is a huge plus if you also speak French, although not mandatory
- You have a previous experience in corporate events or hospitality
- You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
- You are very well organized and you pay attention to detail

Recruitment process
- Step 1: Video call with an Event Manager (30 minutes)
- Step 2: Speed dating at the office with 4-5 team members (90 minutes)
