Sales & Listings Agent – Lucas Fox Jávea
Lucas Fox is looking for a motivated, client-focused Sales & Listings Agent to join our growing team in Jávea.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, ambitious and commercially minded person who enjoys working with people, building relationships and driving results in the luxury real estate market. The role will involve generating new listings, managing buyer and seller relationships, attending property viewings, supporting valuations and helping clients through every stage of the sales process.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional client-facing presence and a genuine hunger to succeed in sales. Previous real estate or sales experience would be a strong advantage, but it is not essential. Full training and support will be provided for the right person.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new property listings in Jávea and the surrounding areas.
- Building strong relationships with property owners, buyers and local contacts.
- Conducting property viewings and presenting homes in a professional and engaging way.
- Following up with leads, clients and enquiries in a timely and proactive manner.
- Supporting negotiations and helping clients throughout the sales process.
- Representing the Lucas Fox brand with professionalism, integrity and excellent service.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A proactive, positive and sales-driven attitude.
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently and within a team.
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required due to the mobile nature of the role.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, hospitality or client service is a plus, but not essential.
