Full-Time Remote Position
We are currently hiring English + Spanish speaking agents to join a fast-growing concierge operations team.
This is a highly phone-oriented role focused on outbound customer follow-up calls after customers have used our concierge services.
We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience in:
- call centers
- outbound calling
- telesales
- customer support
- appointment setting
- phone-based operations
This is not a chat or email support position.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone after service completion
- Follow up with customers regarding their experience
- Encourage customers to share feedback and reviews
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Follow internal scripts and workflows
- Maintain professional customer interactions
- Track customer interactions accurately
- Work closely with operations teams
- Reach performance targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Previous call center or phone support experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for long hours
- Confident and energetic personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Full-time availability
- Comfortable working Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts
