Responsible for acquiring and activating new travel agencies for The Luxurist through digital programs and targeted phone/video engagement. The role is commercially focused, with revenue and conversion targets, and aims to onboard clients efficiently and at scale.

Acquire and activate new travel agencies via digital campaigns, calls, video meetings, and webinars.

Manage high volumes of e‑registration leads in Salesforce, from creation to conversion.

Complete a set number of weekly interactions and generated tasks to train and activate new clients.

Support clients in becoming self‑sufficient on systems and operational processes.

Log all calls, tasks, and opportunities accurately in Salesforce.

Collaborate with Customer Automation & Experience to improve and launch digital campaigns that increase lead and booking conversion.

Review weekly and monthly performance against revenue and conversion targets.

Sales or business development experience; travel or hospitality background preferred.

Strong phone, video, and digital engagement skills.

CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

Commercially driven, organised, and results‑oriented.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage high lead volumes.

Comfortable working with performance metrics and digital tools.
