The Commercial Manager – IT Services is responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of pricing and costing models across the entire IT services and product portfolio.
The role ensures transparency on costs, margins, and overall profitability, supports management and portfolio leads with data, KPIs, and market benchmarks, and provides actionable insights to enable structured and consistent pricing decisions.
YOUR TASKS:
- Develop and maintain pricing and costing models for IT services and products
- Define, measure, and report KPIs for portfolio performance and profitability management
- Build and continuously improve reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Analyze cost developments and key financial performance indicators
- Support portfolio leads in integrating market and competitive data into pricing models
- Collaborate closely with portfolio, sales, controlling, and operations teams
- Contribute to Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) activities (e.g., business cases, value hypotheses, guardrails)
