We are seeking a passionate Analytics Apprentice with a sharp analytical mindset, eager to deep-dive into business processes and help transform the Operations through Data & Analytics

Your key responsibilities
- Support the definition and calculation of the Ops KPIs for the organization: capturing complex business logics into key metrics.
- Translating data into actionable insights.
- Conduct KPI simulations using data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
- Have an active role in the construction of Dashboards and analytical solutions for Operations.
- Present results and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Create content to spread analytical knowledge in the company.

You bring
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Business or similar
- Sharp analytical skills; strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
- A team-first spirit, having team objectives at the heart of everything we do.
- Hands-on experience with projects related to Data Analytics, AI and/or Machine Learning is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is advantageous.
