Key Responsibilities
1) Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, clean, and analyze business data to identify trends and insights
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Support decision-making with data-driven insights
2) Requirements Gathering
Assist in gathering business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research
Document requirements in a clear and structured format
3) Process Analysis & Improvement
Map current business processes and workflows
Identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
Support recommendations to optimize operations
4) Stakeholder Communication
Work with cross-functional teams (business, IT, finance, etc.)
Participate in meetings and workshops
Communicate findings in a clear and actionable way
5) Project Support
Assist senior analysts in project planning and execution
Contribute to documentation (business cases, reports, specifications)
Support with testing and validation of solutions
Typical Day-to-Day Work
Requirements
Recent Graduate ( within the last 12 months) in Business Administration, Data Engineer/Computer Science/AI or a related field
Proficiency in Excel and AI tools
Strong interest in Business Analysis and how to use data to influence business decisions
Fluent in English/Spanish
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Basic understanding of SQL or other database querying languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting findings
