Leadership role responsible for managing the Inside Client Partner team ( Compass) in Barcelona while overseeing additional service operations (e.g., Service Desk).
This role combines people leadership, operational ownership, and customer growth strategy, with a strong emphasis on hands-on contribution and stakeholder alignment in a lean environment.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Client Partner team in Barcelona
- Foster a high-performance, engaged, and accountable team culture
- Adapt leadership style to individual team member needs (coaching vs. close guidance where required)
- Provide hands-on operational support when needed due to team size and workload
Customer & Revenue Ownership
- Own customer satisfaction, retention, and value realization across accounts
- Drive revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals
- Oversee account strategy, pipeline development, and execution
- Monitor account health and proactively mitigate risks
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Services, Product, Support, and Practice Leads
- Act as a key escalation point for complex customer situations
- Ensure alignment between global teams and regional stakeholders
- Bridge communication gaps and strengthen internal collaboration
Strategic Impact
- Identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base
- Contribute to strategic planning and executive-level discussions
- Support internal transformation and organisational alignment initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement across processes and customer engagement
Operational Oversight
- Supervise teams
- Ensure smooth execution of customer lifecycle processes
- Maintain operational efficiency despite reduced team capacity
- Step in operationally when required to support delivery

Proven leadership experience in inside sales, account management, or SaaS environments
- Strong track record of driving revenue within existing accounts
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and act proactively
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to support operations directly when needed
- Comfortable working in multinational, matrixed, and evolving environments
- Experience managing lean teams with high workload and operational complexity
