WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
Among your main learning areas will be recruitment processes, collaborating in the definition and publication of job offers, CV screening, and conducting both phone and in-person competency-based interviews, as well as coordinating with managers and business teams to support decision-making.
You will also participate in the follow-up and development of interns, supporting follow-up meetings, end-of-internship evaluations, and identifying initiatives aimed at enhancing their experience and professional growth within the company.
In addition, you will support the organization and participation in talent acquisition events, such as job fairs, university forums, talks, and other employer branding activities designed to strengthen relationships with universities and educational institutions.
Furthermore, you will collaborate in the planning and execution of engagement initiatives, contributing to the design of activities that foster integration, motivation, and a sense of belonging within the organization.
