Property Operations Runner (Holiday Rentals)

We are a fast-growing holiday rental management company operating premium properties across the Costa del Sol. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional experience for both property owners and guests, and we're looking for a reliable Property Operations Runner to help us maintain the highest standards across our portfolio.
About the Role
This is a field-based position where you'll travel between our properties to ensure everything is ready for arriving guests and meets our quality standards.
No two days are the same. You'll work independently while staying in close contact with our Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out property inspections after guest check-outs.
- Ensure cleaning has been completed to our quality standards.
- Photograph and report any damages, maintenance issues or missing items.
- Deliver and collect linen, towels and guest amenities.
- Restock consumables and property supplies.
- Report maintenance issues through our internal systems.
- Perform basic property preparation tasks when needed.
- Help ensure every property is guest-ready before check-in.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Comfortable driving between multiple properties each day.
- Good English communication skills.
- Spanish is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps to complete inspections and reports.
- Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facilities management, property management or a similar role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
