POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION
To develop and implement, within the framework established by Corporate People & Culture strategy, the local strategy and programs. Work closely with local management, internal stakeholders to support the organization and the current and future growth of employees. The P&C Senior Manager will lead the management of P&C processes in everything related to Talent Acquisition, Training, Development, Labour Relations, Compensation & Benefits and People and Culture projects.
Advise leaders on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee engagement.
Own and manage all operational aspects of People & Culture within the area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Coordinate the annual performance management and talent cycle, including calibration, objective setting, and feedback processes.
Act as a cultural ambassador and change agent, promoting values, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Design and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, communication, and overall employee experience.
Internal communication: transmit corporate messages on internal channels and be proactive in searching for messages to share with the teams.
Labour relations: Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements and manage any employee relation issues.
