Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.
Dopamine Land is a multisensory experience combining media, technology and play in one place. Whether you fancy a day out with the kids or one of our late evening adult-friendly sessions, this interactive museum wants everyone to embrace their inner child and explore all the colorful installations. So, don't miss out! Take a break from your everyday life and get those dopamine levels up!
As Producer for Dopamine Land, you will be a core member of the Global team responsible for delivering and expanding the experience internationally. Reporting to the Executive Producer, Dopamine Land, and working alongside other Global Producers, you will provide production support to Local Producers in each market - helping them navigate the full journey from venue scouting and design handover, through to production load-in and planning for ongoing operations.
This role sits at the intersection of production management and project coordination. Depending on your background, you may come to it as a Producer or as a Production Manager - what matters is that you have strong practical experience delivering complex, multi-element productions: in live events, theatre, permanent or temporary exhibitions, immersive experiences, or similar environments. You are organised, process-driven, and confident in managing production suppliers and vendors, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects simultaneously.
You have a working understanding of the production process from design development through pre-production, production, and into maintenance - and you know how to build the systems and documentation that allow global consistency without losing local agility.
You are a pragmatic, organised, and delivery-focused producer who takes pride in getting things done with speed and agility. You understand the design and creative process well enough to support and protect it - but your instinct is always toward execution. You're at home building systems, supporting teams, and keeping complex international projects on track.
- Support Local Producers across new and existing markets, providing clear production guidance, shared tools and templates, and hands-on assistance during the set-up and opening phase of each rollout.
- Act as the bridge between the central Creative Studio and local delivery teams - interpreting design intent and translating it into clear production briefs, build specifications, and installation documentation.
- Carry out venue assessments and adaptation studies, evaluating structural and technical feasibility, access requirements, permitting considerations, and budget alignment for each new site.
- Support local teams in procurement and tendering processes (RFPs) for scenic fabrication, technical suppliers, and local production partners - overseeing evaluation, contracting, and ongoing relationships.
- Support local teams in building and managing production budgets across scenic, technical, and operational elements, ensuring costs stay in-line with the requirements of the project and flagging risks throughout the production lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain standardised production documentation: venue requirements, technical riders, design and construction documentation, installation schedules, quality control checklists, and handover and maintenance protocols.
- Support the management of global relationships with fabrication and production suppliers, overseeing delivery milestones, quality checks, and sign-off processes to ensure output meets the experience's standards.
- Establish replicable processes and global consistency standards across all installations, so that local teams can deliver and maintain the experience to the same quality in every market.
- Work closely with the Executive Producer and fellow Global Producers to ensure global consistency on project timelines, risk registers, and vendor selection - taking ownership of the production detail so the creative vision can be realised.
- Work closely with Local Producers and Project managers to ensure adaptability of the project to local specifications, whilst keeping creative intent and brand consistency.
- 5+ years' experience in production management or production coordination across live events, theatre, temporary or permanent exhibitions, immersive experiences, or related fields.
- A strong understanding of the full production lifecycle: from design development and pre-production through build, installation, opening, and into maintenance.
- Proven track record managing multi-vendor productions from design handover through to opening, with strong attention to delivery timelines and quality control.
- Experience managing supplier procurement and contracts, including tendering, evaluation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Strong production budgeting understanding, with experience tracking costs across complex, multi-line budgets.
- Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings, CAD files, and spatial plans. An ability to produce basic plans or mark-ups is a plus.
- Experience producing or adapting standardised production documentation and operational protocols for use across multiple sites or markets. A basic understanding of permitting and local authority requirements is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to support and upskill local teams in different regional contexts.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A working creative sensibility - you don't need to lead creative decisions, but you understand design intent and know how to protect it through the production process.
- Attractive compensation package consisting of a base salary and the potential to earn a significant performance bonus
- Competitive employee benefits package, including health and dental private insurance
- Responsibility from day one, with opportunities for professional and personal growth
- Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
- Possible travel across our markets
- Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people
- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
- Health and dental insurance
- Wellhub membership
- Flexible remuneration plan
- A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have.
- A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding.
- A 30 min meeting with a hiring manager.
- A 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance).
