An exciting opportunity for a collaborative HR Manager and People Partner. The role requires a strategic approach and a focus on HR operational topics. You will own the country HR agenda for Spain and Portugal.
This is a manager specialist position that provides HR business partnering support to the General Manager and the leadership team of the Iberia Commercial Business Unit.
Facilitate organizational change processes and enable the organization for the delivery of the future strategy (capability assessment and building processes), support leadership team in org development, talent management; co-create and drive the engagement agenda.

People Partnering covers Business Partnering as well as local employee relations, benefits, policies and execution. The partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with the LEGO Group strategic direction.
This role is integrated in the People Partnering, Western Europe and this team is driving all the partnering and local people agenda within the region!
Do you have what it takes?
Skilled in leading stakeholders across all levels, both internally and externally, with strong written and verbal communication. Experience in organizational change and business coaching is an advantage.
Experience working with data to inform, make proposals and influence decisions, in particular with compensation data, statutory reports.
