About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (English/French) to join our team in Spain. This is a permanent remote role offering a structured 4-day workweek (32 hours/week) within a fast-paced hospitality-tech environment.
As a frontline representative of Jetstream, you will support guests throughout their booking and stay experience while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple travel platforms.
You will work closely with internal teams, property managers, and guests to resolve issues efficiently, coordinate booking-related processes, and deliver a high standard of customer support.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic international environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.)
- Screen guests using Autohost and verify booking eligibility
- Resolve payment issues via Stripe and Cirrus
- Communicate with guests via Jetchat, Front, and OTA messaging systems
- Coordinate access information using Operto and RemoteLock
- Manage arrival logistics and guest check-in processes
- Track cancellations, refunds, and compliance-related tasks
- Work across modern hospitality, payments, communication, and operational systems including Cirrus, Stripe, Power BI, Slack, and OTA platforms
- Troubleshoot guest issues quickly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and French
- 1+ year of experience in European hospitality, customer service, OTA guest support, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working weekends as part of a fixed 4-day schedule
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new platforms quickly
- Self-starter who thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment
- Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented when handling guest concerns
What Sets You Apart
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, or Booking.com processes
- Knowledge of European tourist taxes and compliance requirements
- Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Stripe, Cirrus, Power BI, Slack, or Front
- Experience working in a remote or international team environment
- Genuine interest in and understanding of European hospitality and/or travel-tech
