DAPIN is a team committed to excellence and innovation in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector! With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking a Instrumentation and Control Designer for our offices located in Spain.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in instrumentation design within the petrochemical and/or oil & gas industry.
Experience in lump-sum bid proposals/projects.
Advanced proficiency in SPI Intools.
Advanced proficiency in PDS and SP3D.
Knowledge of some of the following software: MicroStation, AutoCAD, Excel, Raceways, among others.
English level B1+.

100% on-site in Spain.

Principal duties

Design cable routing and instrumentation & F&G layouts — electronic and pneumatic — (aboveground and underground), including installation details using MicroStation.
Perform SP3D design for instrumentation scope and routing of instrument cable trays/trenches using SP3D.
Generate PDS-3D models.
Prepare field wiring details (junction boxes and interconnection diagrams), pneumatic and process connections, and instrument loop diagrams using SPI.
Develop cable lists and installation material take-offs (MTO) using SPI.
Review clashes/interferences with other disciplines (cross-check verification).
