About the Role
We are seeking a highly connected and commercially driven BDM ( Business Development Manager ) to expand our employer network in Spain and across Europe.
This role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in manpower sales, staffing solutions, workforce consulting, international recruitment partnerships, or employer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying employer requirements, building strategic partnerships, and generating workforce opportunities across multiple industries while developing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with employers, staffing agencies, recruitment partners, and business owners in Spain and across Europe.
- Identify and develop workforce opportunities across industries including Hospitality & Tourism, Construction & Engineering, Logistics & Warehousing, Manufacturing & Production, Agriculture & Food Processing, and Healthcare & Support Services.
- Generate new business opportunities through existing networks, referrals, market outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct employer meetings, requirement discussions, commercial negotiations, and partnership presentations.
- Support workforce planning discussions and manpower expansion projects with employer partners.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active employers with ongoing hiring requirements.
- Achieve agreed business development and employer acquisition targets.
Professional Background & Core Competencies
- Proven experience in manpower sales, staffing solutions, workforce consulting, international recruitment, or employer acquisition.
- Existing network of employers, hiring managers, staffing agencies, recruitment partners, or business owners within Europe.
- Demonstrated success in generating business opportunities and securing workforce requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong employer relationships.
