We are seeking a highly skilled CPM with a strong financial background to join our Grid Software (GSW) Business Unit. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis, and control of the projects (under own business and NCM) and knowledge about M&S orders, as well as a strong ability to support controlling activities related to the backlog of the Solutions segment.
What will be your role?
- Comercial Project manager:
- Keep the projects on budget, within the Siemens guidelines and customer satisfaction but also continually looking at improving projects profitability.
o
- Contract Analysis and Management:
o Review, analyze, and verify the content of supplier and customer contracts to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
o Manage and standardize contract processes to ensure consistent and efficient contract administration across the business unit.
- Business Administration and Financial Advisory:
o Provide expert advice to the Business Unit (BU) or Business Area (BA) Management on financial and business administration matters.
o Support the implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures within the GSW BU.
o Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and industry best practices in all financial and business administration processes.
- Financial Planning, Analysis, and Control:
o Conduct financial analysis, planning, and control activities to support the strategic goals of the GSW BU.
o Consolidate and report on all financial operations, including Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting and Balance Sheet management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience project-based or software sales environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent understanding of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures.
- Experience un projects as a CPM.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting consolidation (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- High level of English due to you Will have the chance to be involved in European general topics
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the software industry, particularly with different business models related to software sales.
- Knowledge of Siemens' financial systems and processes.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel).
