About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user support requests and technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and devices.
- Document support activities and technical solutions.
- Assist with system upgrades and maintenance projects.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Previous IT support experience is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
