Are you a student in event planning or event management looking to gain hands-on experience in a real-world, international context, supporting nature conservation efforts? Eurosite is offering an exciting internship for a motivated individual residing in Seville, Spain, to support the logistics and planning of Eurosite’s Annual Nature Conference and the European Conservation Finance Bootcamp in Seville.
As an International Event Planning Intern, you will play a key role in helping our team prepare for some of Eurosite’s most important gatherings, coordinating logistics on the ground in Seville and contributing to smooth and memorable events that brings together nature conservation practitioners across Europe.
What We Offer:
- Initial Training: We will provide you with an introduction to Eurosite and the scope of the Annual Nature Conference and European Conservation Finance Bootcamp.
- Hands-On Experience: Work directly on event logistics under the guidance of the Eurosite team.
- Networking & Learning Opportunity: You will attend the Eurosite Annual Nature Conference and Conservation Finance Bootcamp free of charge—a combined value of €725—providing a unique opportunity to connect with conservation practitioners from across Europe and gain insights into nature restoration, land stewardship and nature finance.
- Flexibility: The internship is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
- Local Engagement: We are looking for someone based in Seville, where you will have the opportunity to travel to sites and liaise with local vendors.
- Meaningful Contribution: You will be part of a pan-European conservation network and help bring together land conservation professionals from across Europe.

- Duration: 3-4 months
- Period: September-November 2026. Must be available for the full week of: 2-6 November 2026.
- Commitment: 10 hours per week (approximately 2 working days per week). Must be available for the full week of: 2-6 November 2026.

What We’re Looking For:
Skills:
- Studying Event Management, Organisation, Planning or Logistics; Tourism & Hospitality; Environmental Policy; or a related study
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
- Strong organisational and logistical planning abilities
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Experience with event coordination or administration is a plus
Eligibility:
- Located in/around Seville, Spain
- Legal eligibility to work in the EU
- Health and travel insurance coverage (for foreign students)
Additional Information:
- The internship is a volunteer position, and priority will be given to students applying for Erasmus Plus or other scholarships to cover costs.
- This role offers valuable practical experience in international event management within the non-profit and conservation sector.
