About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to help support our company's growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping drive sales initiatives.
You will work closely with the team to generate leads, coordinate client communications, conduct market research, and support day-to-day business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Manage and update CRM systems and sales records
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
- Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, sales support, account management, or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
