Role purpose
Support the execution of marketing activities across multiple brands, contributing to the development of digital marketing capabilities within the team.
This role is hands-on and execution-driven, requiring a high level of autonomy in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities1. Content & Campaign Execution
● Create and schedule LinkedIn content (copy + basic visuals)
● Support email marketing campaigns (content creation, layout, sending, reporting)
● Adapt messaging across different brands and products
2. Design Adaptation & Asset Creation
● Edit and adapt existing materials using Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
● Create simple marketing assets (social posts, presentations, basic brochures)
● Ensure brand consistency across materials
3. Marketing Operations
● Manage inbound marketing requests from internal teams or partners
● Coordinate small events or exhibitions
● Maintain organized documentation and workflows
4. Digital Marketing Support (growth area)
● Support or gradually take ownership of:
○ SEO improvements (basic optimizations, content updates)
○ Paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
○ Website updates (if applicable)
● Monitor and report on performance metrics
Experience
● 1–3 years of experience in marketing (internships count)
● Experience in B2B and/or technical industries is a plus

Required:
● Basic experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop)

● Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g. Doppler, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Valued (strong plus):
● SEO fundamentals
● Paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
● Basic analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
Languages
● English: advanced (C1 minimum) – mandatory
● Spanish: highly valued
● German: a strong plus
