We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll provide support to Brand Manager to ensure that all parts of the sales process run smoothly.
Sales Coordinator supports Brand Manager by preparing reports to help achieve sales targets, managing administrative tasks, analysing sales data, generating reports and maintaining accurate client records.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
BM/Sales Team Support: Tracking Sales data, monitoring order status, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery.
Reporting & Data Management: Sales data analysis, weekly/monthly reports, and maintaining accurate client records.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with marketing, finance, and logistics to streamline sales operations.
Experience: 2+ years in sales support / administration
Strong organization skills and excellent customer service skills.
Multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Bachelor degree.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction in Spanish and English
Other languages as a plus
