WE ARE HIRING
We are looking for an English speaking Product Designer based in Barcelona to reinforce our product design team.
You will be involved throughout the entire product development process, from concept creation to production follow-up. You will be working on accessories, tech products, retail displays, promotional items and branded merchandise.
Languages required: Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your main responsibilities will include:
Creative concepts and design
- Developing creative concepts and product ideas aligned with client briefs, brand positioning, and market trends
- Creating sketches, moodboards, visual presentations, and design proposals for international clients
- Designing accessories, bags, cases, pouches, lifestyle goods, and retail solutions
- Researching materials, trends, competitors and user need to support design recommendations
- Collaborating closely with the account management team to review projects and adapt them client feedback
- Supporting client presentation and product photoshoots
- Ensuring a high level of quality, detail, and consistency across all design outputs
Product development and manufacturing
- Developing products from concept to production, ensuring feasibility, quality, and manufacturability
- Creating detailed technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, BOMs, and production documentation
- Selecting materials, finishes, and construction methods according to project requirements
- Collaborating closely with sourcing and manufacturing teams, as well as suppliers and factories during development, prototyping, sampling, and production stages
- Review prototypes and samples, identify improvements, and implement design refinements
- Understanding of manufacturing constraints to propose practical solutions to optimize quality, cost, and timelines

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone creative, structured, and hands-on, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Design, Product Design, Accessories Design, or related fields
- Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, manufacturing processes, and product development
- Experience creating technical files and production documentation for manufacturers
- Organizational, multitasking and priority management abilities
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Strong sketching, visualization, and presentation skills
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with 3D CAD and rendering tools such as Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, or similar
- Proficiency with AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Vizcom, and similar platforms to support ideation and product development workflows
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Based in Barcelona (or ready to relocate quickly)
- Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent
