We are looking for an experienced Senior Flights & Reservations Manager to lead and develop a team of 12 flight and reservations professionals, while driving operational excellence and supporting our journey towards AI‑enabled flight booking and travel operations.
This is a hands-on project management role that brings together people management, operational delivery, analytics, and transformation leadership. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and global teams, including the US, to ensure resilient, high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑moving travel environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a medium-sized operations team (~12), driving performance, engagement, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Oversee end-to-end flight and reservations operations, including GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), ensuring service quality, cost control, and effective crisis management
- Contribute to AI and automation initiatives by partnering with Product, Tech, and Operations to improve processes and ways of working
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, including US-based teams, and provide clear insights to senior leadership
- Use data, Excel, and operational analysis to track KPIs, productivity, quality, and support informed decision-making
- Handson experience in travel / flight / operations roles
- Strong background in flight operations, reservations, and GDS environments
- Proven experience into project management role that combines people leadership, operations, analytics, and change management
- Comfortable handling performance management, crisis cover, and weekend work when required (with time off provided during the week)
- Strong analytical skills with high comfort using Excel and operational reporting
- Excited about AI, automation, and transforming traditional operations
- Open, flexible, and adaptable working style.
- Working hours: Standard 8‑hour shift; flexibility required for evening collaboration with US teams.
- Weekend work: Required during major operational crises (time off provided during the week)
