Job description
We are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer/Consultant to join a high-impact initiative focused on building scalable, secure, and automated Azure environments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to engineering teams, improving delivery processes, and driving DevSecOps best practices in real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Implement and promote DevSecOps practices, integrating security into the software delivery lifecycle
Lead the implementation of SAST tools (ideally SonarQube) and support teams in identifying and remediating vulnerabilities
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Bicep
Automate processes through scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
Work closely with development teams to enable best practices, provide guidance, and ensure high-quality delivery standards
Monitor adoption, track progress, and ensure continuous improvement across teams

Job requirements
✅ What is required
5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
Strong hands-on experience in Azure environments
Proven experience implementing CI/CD, DevSecOps, and IaC
Experience working in large-scale or enterprise environments
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and drive adoption of best practices
Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
