APPCC Elaborar, revisar y actualizar manuales AGUAS Gestionar autocontroles de consumo y piscinas FORMACIÓN Impartir cursos higiénico-sanitarios CLIENTES Asesorar al sector alimentario AUDITORÍAS Seguimiento y apoyo técnico LABORATORIO Coordinación con el equipo técnico
Formación:
Ciencias de los Alimentos · Biología · Veterinaria · Farmacia CFGS en Seguridad Alimentaria · Sanidad Ambiental o similar

✅ APPCC✅ Control de aguas (PCCL / PPCL)
✅ Planes de higiene✅ Formación a trabajadores
✅ Legislación sanitaria✅ Gestión documental
