Job Description

You lead end-to-end execution of industrial automation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. You coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact between Lear and the client throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned projects from mechanical pre-project phase through installation and handover.
Plan project execution and timelines in coordination with technical sales and stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, automation, purchasing, and assembly.
Allocate and organize workshop, assembly, and automation resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation designs to ensure technical and customer requirements are met.
Oversee machine assembly and on-site installation, resolving technical issues and ensuring quality standards.
Manage project financials, including cost control, budget tracking, and approval of labor hours.
Act as the primary liaison with customers, managing communication, changes, and warranty-period support.

Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.

3–5+ years of experience as a project manager or in automation, quality, or related customer-facing roles.

Strong technical background in mechanics, electricity, robotics, or industrial automation.

Proven experience in project cost management, budgeting, and financial control.

Professional communication skills in Spanish and English, with strong leadership and negotiation ability.
