What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within an international environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience facilitating Scrum practices, coaching teams on Agile methodologies, and supporting the successful delivery of software projects through effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Work mode: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite per week)
- Languages: English (mandatory) | Spanish and French (nice to have)
Mandatory:
- Strong overview of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Scrum Master or within similar Agile delivery environments.
- Proven ability to facilitate and guide Agile practices and Scrum ceremonies.
- Expertise in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery.
- Experience supporting product backlog management and prioritization activities.
- Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Scrum-related practices within delivery environments.
- Ability to foster collaboration and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Nice to have:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
