Propósito
Asegurar las operaciones logísticas tanto dentro como fuera del almacén local. La actividad se centra en el almacén, pero también en el papeleo y en mantener vivo el sistema ERP .
Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales
Recibir camiones y descargar mercancías.
Apilar mercancía en estantes.
Abastecer el almacén con herramientas.
Asegurar que la maquinaria esté en servicio y funcione correctamente.
Lanzar las listas de recogida para emitir la facturación a los clientes.
Preparar y expedir pedidos de clientes.
Sacar los materiales de los estantes y empaquetar para su envío.
Entregar material para consumo interno, órdenes de trabajo o otras solicitudes de materiales, herramientas u otros artículos de stock.
Seguir todos las normas de seguridad.
Colocar los productos en palés o estanterías para su distribución.
Registrar en el sistema cantidades de materiales o artículos recibidos.
Realizar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
Preparar pegatinas de entrega.
Tratar con proveedores de currier.
Clasificar el material según tamaño, tipo, estilo, color o código de producto.
Realizar las tareas asignadas por el supervisor o gerente del almacén.
Identificar daños, pérdidas o excedentes de bienes y materiales almacenados en el almacén.
Recuentos inventario.
Mantener registros de todas las actividades y procesos relacionados con el almacén.
Supervisa a otros empleados del almacén.
Delegar las tareas según sea necesario.
Educación y experiencia
Experiencia en el entorno de almacén: 1 año.
No hace falta educación; La cualificación en logística será muy valorada
Carnet de carretilla elevadora.
Conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades
Buen nivel manejando herramientas de Office, especialmente en Excel.
Capacidad organizativa.
