Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations within the venue
- Maintain service quality and operational standards
- Supervise restaurant and kitchen management teams
- Monitor budgets, inventory control, purchasing, and cost management
- Develop and implement operational procedures and service improvements
- Coordinate menu planning and beverage programs with culinary teams
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Analyze operational performance and prepare management reports
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management within hospitality or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with budgeting, operational planning, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
