Graduate Business Analyst
Description -
Customer Support (CS) delivers services for all PPS customers across EMEA through a network of outsourced partners.
We are looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join the Delivery Cost & Operations team within the Service Delivery Support and Business Management organization.
This is a full-time position designed as a versatile analyst profile , supporting the team across multiple priorities including automation (including AI), operational performance, and financial analysis .
You will be part of an international team , working in a dynamic environment and contributing directly to improving efficiency, cost management, and decision-making across EMEA markets.
Objectives & Responsibilities
You will collaborate with Operations Managers, Finance, Quality and Process teams to drive insights and improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Automation & Digitalization
Identify manual tasks and develop automation solutions leveraging tools such as Power BI, Excel-based solutions, scripting, and AI-driven technologies
Operational Performance Analysis
Requirements:
Recently graduated (within the last 12 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, reporting) and basic knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a structured and analytical approach to challenges
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
