The Global Clinical Education Manager, Ortho is responsible for the creation of external clinical education related New Products / Updates and their clinical application for the ortho channel globally, along with support for internal employee education content and training, for Align Technology products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities fall into the following categories, but may not be limited to:
- Creation and maintenance of clinical education pathways and engagement activities, for new and existing providers.
- Create and maintain clinical education Instructional Decks and other documents assigned, in collaboration with product and marketing teams
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers to drive cohesive approach to doctor engagement and clinical education
- Contribute or review clinical content of doctor education, marketing materials and internal clinical education materials.
- Support clinical speakers in content creation and presentation material.
- Creation of education content to drive confidence and skills of doctors.
- Document creation: copy writing, proof reading, agency briefing & development
- Oversee development of content of clinical training and reference materials
- Collaborate with Global teams to drive clinical presentations, publications and dissemination of new clinical research
- Build internal networks and drive effective collaboration with Global Digital Education & Platforms team, as well as regional stakeholders – Clinical Education, Sales, Clinical Support, Product, and Marketing
- Continuously identify and drive improvement initiatives through people, processes and systems/tools
- Clinical Training (internal) –Support internal clinical education (to Align employees), and clinical application of products and processes for customer facing teams
Additional responsibilities:
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

4-6 years of direct relevant experience working as a dentist/orthodontist or equivalent experience in corporate environment

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Experience in dentistry. DDS degree or equivalent; Certificate of Orthodontics from an accredited University; Master of Science degree or equivalent is desired
SKILLS REQUIRED: LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent in English. Knowledge of any additional Global language is an asset.
Willing to work 5 days a week from the office in Madrid
