Job Description:
Based in Madrid, you will join Alantra's global Marketing & Communications team in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You will support a broad range of marketing, communications, content, and event initiatives aimed at enhancing Alantra's visibility, reputation and engagement across key stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the execution of global marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Assisting in the management and enhancement of Alantra's website and social media platforms.
- Creating, editing and updating marketing materials, presentations, corporate documents and branded content.
- Supporting content creation, including articles, interviews, newsletters, videos and thought leadership materials.
- Tracking and evaluating digital performance metrics and media coverage.
- Conducting benchmarks and analyses to identify trends, opportunities and best practices.
- Supporting the organization of corporate events, conferences and branding activities.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all communication materials and channels.
- Managing marketing assets, databases and content repositories.
- Contributing fresh ideas for innovative marketing and communications formats.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). These are key requirements and will be assessed during the recruitment process.
- Currently nearing completion of an undergraduate or master’s degree; the subject is less important than your genuine enthusiasm for communications, marketing, daily news and the financial services industry.
- Previous internship or work experience in Marketing, Communications, content creation, event organization or related areas is highly valued.
- Strong interest in financial services, investment banking, asset management and capital markets.
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp), content management systems (WordPress), graphic design platforms (Canva) or media monitoring tools (Factiva) is a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing, multimedia content creation or AI-powered content tools is a plus.
- High motivation and a genuine interest in building a career in marketing and communications in the financial services industry.
