Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly proactive and analytical HR professional to join our HR Team in a hybrid role combining Talent Acquisition operations and HR analytics support.
This role is designed for someone execution-oriented, structured and comfortable working with data, capable of managing recruitment processes while also contributing to dashboards, reporting and process improvement within the HR function.
The position plays a key role in supporting the operational scalability and data-driven evolution of the HR area.
The role is split approximately:
- 50% Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Operations
- 50% HR Analytics, Process Improvement & Employee Experience Support
Key Responsibilities
50% Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage recruitment processes end-to-end for assigned roles.
Conduct screening calls and first-round interviews in English and Spanish.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Maintain ATS updates and candidate tracking accuracy.
Coordinate onboarding logistics and documentation.
Support employer branding initiatives when required.
Track recruitment pipeline activity and support reporting on recruitment KPIs.
This part of the role requires speed of execution, strong organization and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
50% HR Analytics, Process Improvement & Talent Development Support
Maintain and update Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience dashboards (Excel / Power BI).
Prepare structured datasets and data maps to support HR reporting.
Track and analyse key metrics related to recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.
Support climate survey administration and data consolidation.
Prepare presentations and internal communications materials.
Contribute to the standardization, documentation and digitalization of HR processes.
Support organizational initiatives such as job descriptions, process mapping and internal documentation.
This part of the role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into structured insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR department or HR operations role.
Previous exposure to recruitment processes and candidate management.
Experience working with HR data, reporting or HR systems.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
Experience working with HR data, dashboards or reporting tools (Excel / Power BI).
Strong data orientation and ability to interpret metrics.
Professional English (spoken and written).
Ability to prepare structured presentations (PowerPoint or similar).
Highly Valued
Italian language.
Experience working in fast-growing or international environments.
Exposure to HR operations, HRIS or process improvement initiatives.
