AB Neo es una empresa especializada en la fabricación de piensos para animales neonatos, reconocida por su enfoque en calidad e innovación. Como Técnico/a de Laboratorio, tendrás un papel clave en el control de calidad de materias primas y productos terminados dentro de la planta, asegurando que todo cumpla con los estándares antes de su uso o distribución. Formarás parte de una compañía internacional con un excelente ambiente de trabajo, colaborando de manera presencial con un equipo de laboratorio cercano y en coordinación continua con otros departamentos.
Lo que harás
- Realizar la inspección visual y el control fisicoquímico de materias primas para determinar si pueden ser descargadas o utilizadas, de acuerdo con las especificaciones establecidas.
- Tomar muestras de materias primas o productos paletizados, efectuar los controles y análisis que correspondan, y comparar los resultados con las especificaciones técnicas para decidir su conformidad.
- Analizar productos terminados antes de su expedición para asegurar que cumplen con los parámetros de calidad definidos.
- Gestionar incidencias de laboratorio, incluyendo la puesta en cuarentena de materiales no conformes y la colaboración con los equipos de Producción y Departamento Técnico en la evaluación de los siguientes pasos.
Perfil buscado
- Formación de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior relacionada con laboratorio, calidad o áreas afines, valorándose también estudios en Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos u otras disciplinas similares.
- Experiencia previa en un entorno industrial comparable será positiva, especialmente en empresas de fabricación de piensos, aunque también se considerarán perfiles junior con buena base técnica e interés por desarrollarse en este ámbito.
- Habilidad para colaborar con áreas como producción, compras, equipos técnicos y I+D, manteniendo una comunicación clara en un entorno operativo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial, adaptarse a turnos rotativos, contar con carnet de conducir y tener autorización para trabajar en España.
- Nivel de inglés medio valorable para poder desenvolverse en comunicaciones básicas relacionadas con el laboratorio.
