JUNIOR ENGINEER - CUTTING TOOLS
This role offers a structured development role, focused on technical specialization, stability and long‑term growth within a leading industrial organization:
Phase 1 – Application foundations
During the initial phase, you will focus on building a strong understanding of the customer, product and application environment:

Support the preparation of technical proposals by analyzing customer drawings, materials, tolerances and machining requirements.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand real machining applications and production constraints.
- Participate in customer visits and technical discussions to gain first‑hand exposure to industrial use cases.
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of cutting tools, tool selection criteria and application performance.
- Build a solid technical mindset, combining engineering fundamentals with practical problem‑solving.
Phase 2 – Production & Process Efficiency
As your technical and application knowledge grows, you will progressively move closer to the production environment:

Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing and machining processes, focusing on efficiency, quality and reliability.
- Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in production‑related automation and digitalization projects.
- Act as a technical support link between workshop, engineering and application requirements.
We are looking for a Junior Engineer in Mechanical / Industrial / Product Design Engineering, with experience in machining environments, CNC machining, workshops or similar roles. Advanced level of English is required.
