Your area of responsibility:
The Position
Fixed-term contract – 10 months Maternity leave replacement
As an Account Project Coordinator , you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving customer projects while coordinating closely with the Sales , Supply Chain , and Production teams.
You develop a strong understanding of each project’s scope — timelines, budget, technical requirements, and deliverables — and ensure that standard processes are followed. You play a key role in operational flow, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Build strong daily relationships with customers and manage recurring business
Organise workflows to meet customer expectations within agreed timelines
Manage existing accounts, monitor their development, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
Work closely with the Sales team to understand market needs and strengthen customer relationships
Escalate issues, complaints, and critical information in a timely manner
Coordinate customer complaints and ensure fast and satisfactory resolution
Execute operational responsibilities: forecasting, product trials, complaint handling, logistics coordination
Contribute to continuous improvement (order templates, print proposals, forecasting)
Support process harmonisation across the supply chain
Ensure efficient and effective coordination of customer responses
Manage, record, and communicate all information related to customer satisfaction
Perform tasks in line with established procedures and performance indicators
Escalate issues to the line manager promptly to support timely resolution
Job requirements:
Intermediate‑level degree (Bac +2/+3) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a similar project coordination role
Strong customer orientation
English and French required (daily communication)
Good command of IT tools and management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to frequent changes
Team‑oriented mindset combined with strong autonomy

Salary: 30,000 € to 35,000 € gross per year
