Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team in Poland, as part of a large-scale international catering project.
This role is responsible for leading kitchen operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality meals while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations in a high-volume catering environment
- Ensure food production meets quality, safety, and service requirements
- Plan and develop balanced menus adapted to nutritional, cultural, and operational needs
- Supervise and implement food safety systems (HACCP), hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Manage and coordinate kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
- Control stock, procurement, consumption, and minimize food waste
- Monitor costs and optimize the use of resources
- Ensure continuous service delivery across all shifts (24/7 operation)
- Support audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
- Drive continuous improvement and coordinate with catering, logistics, and quality teams
Requirements
Education & Skills

Formal training in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related field
- Official certification as a Chef
- Food safety certification (HACCP)
- Hospitality Management training is a plus
- Professional cooking certification (Journeyman or equivalent)
- High proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and kitchen operations
Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen management
- Proven experience in high-volume and complex food service operations
- Experience in collective catering environments
- Strong experience in team leadership and supervision
- International or remote environment experience is a plus
