About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/Waitress ( Es Fanalls Restaurant ) position to join our F&B Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable fine dining experience in line with the standards of a 5-star hotel.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety while handling food, beverages, and restaurant equipment properly.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and handle requests or feedback with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service during daily operations and special events.
- Follow all food and beverage service standards while supporting the team in maintaining quality, organization, and operational excellence.
