Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to client specifications and organisational standards.
- Manage event schedules and timelines efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Upsell additional services or products where appropriate to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth collaboration.
- Oversee guest services during events, addressing any issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of event logistics, budgets, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support the team in managing on-the-day operations, including troubleshooting unforeseen issues swiftly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or event management roles is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling services or products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
