Job Description
Reporting to the Europe Head of Finance your responsibilities will be:

Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting from affiliates in line with Group requirements.

Review and validate financial data, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating corrections with local teams.

Support compliance with Group reporting guidelines and accounting standards.

Ensure timely and high-quality budget and forecast submissions.

Manage Capex reporting and track regional spend.

Own reporting activities for assigned countries/regions and follow up on deadlines.

Prepare regional financial reports, KPIs, and management presentations.

Provide insights and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making.
Qualifications

Degree in Business, Economics or Accounting, with at least 5 years’ experience in financial reporting within an international organisation.

Fluent in English (the role will involve working predominantly in English).

Strong analytical finance professional with advanced Excel and Oracle Essbase/ERP knowledge.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in multicultural environments.

Highly organised and results-oriented, with a pragmatic, proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes.
