We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to support the technical and procurement operations of our international construction projects in EU countries.
Job Summary:

Supervise daily site activities related to infrastructure and reinforced concrete works.

Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment on site.

Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor productivity and construction progress.

Report daily site activities and issues to project management.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.

Assist in planning and organizing site operations.
Requirements
-
Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in infrastructure and reinforced concrete construction works.

Previous experience as a Foreman, General Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Team Leader on construction projects.

Strong practical knowledge of excavation, foundations, concrete structures, formwork, reinforcement, and related civil works.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Experience managing site labor teams and subcontractors.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and solve on-site problems

Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are considered an asset.

Holding a valid work permit in Spain
