Job Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain warehouse data, verify stock quantities and storage locations; scan and register incoming and outgoing goods labels, and input the information into the system; enter daily operational data (barcodes, stock-keeping units, batch numbers, etc.).
- Verify and process orders, shipping, and receiving documents to ensure data accuracy; prepare the necessary transport documents before shipment, and scan and archive the related files.
- Work closely with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth communication between departments; coordinate, supervise, or perform goods storage operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain; optimize warehouse space allocation and logistics processes to improve efficiency.
- Handle, move, and reorganize goods within the warehouse; promptly identify and resolve potential safety hazards and risks in logistics operations.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of a valid work and residence permit in Spain;
- At least one year of experience in a similar position or industry;
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office); familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) or other inventory management software;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work independently; strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and ability to work efficiently under pressure; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good awareness of warehouse safety;
- Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Sueldo: 1.800,00€-2.700,00€ al mes
