As a Customer Support Agent for Winparts, you'll be the first point of contact for customers. Whether they need advice about a product, have questions about an order or need help with a return, you'll make sure they receive a fast, friendly and professional solution.

You assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and WhatsApp

You answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and returns

You speak native-level French

Additional language skills, especially Dutch, are considered a strong plus

You are available full-time (39 hours per week)

You have experience in customer service, sales, customer experience or a similar customer-facing role

Working hours.
The service operates
- Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 21:00 and Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
- Flexibility to work within these opening hours is required.
