Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing and supervising the activities of security personnel in the implementation of the corporate security plans., procedures and other directive imposed by the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) in his area of responsibility. Makes decisions within the protocols of scope of work and in accordance with the provision of the Corporate Manual of Approval.
- Security & Asset Protection Management: Plans, controls, and inspects all security operations to safeguard life, property, facilities, and confidential information; coordinates with law enforcement, manages contracted security providers, and oversees investigations into policy violations.
- Personnel Administration & Talent Development: Directs workforce compliance with company regulations and the Code of Conduct, sets clear performance expectations, and identifies training and career development programs to build the capabilities of direct reports and security personnel.
- Operational, Financial & Progress Control: Manages division budget planning and resource utilization while monitoring workflows and deliverables to ensure all projects, progress reports, and targets are achieved accurately, on time, and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder in related field
- Licensed Driver
- Certified Security Professional
- High level of fairness and integrity
- Proficient in professional English, with strong oral presentation and written communication skills
