Backed by an established vitamins and supplements group, the company is expanding rapidly across multiple international markets and is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its customer acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid acquisition activities across 8 European markets.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, reporting, and scaling.
- Oversee campaign budgets, bidding strategies, performance targets, and growth initiatives.
- Design and execute creative testing frameworks and conversion optimization experiments.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Contribution Margin
- Retention and customer growth metrics
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international expansion initiatives.
RequirementsMust Have
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Shopify Analytics
- A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Experience working in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and/or e-commerce businesses.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and performance targets.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
