Ultimately, we generate comprehensive clinical evidence that demonstrates product safety, effectiveness, and scientific validity - facilitating smooth product registration, adoption and reimbursement globally so we can save lives and improve patient quality of life.
The Opportunity
As a Global Study Lead, you are at the heart of our clinical research efforts. You will lead cross-functional global study teams with full accountability for delivering high-quality clinical studies that transform patient care.
- Lead with Impact: Take full ownership of study deliverables, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Shape the Strategy: Partner with Program Leadership to develop innovative evidence-generation scenarios, including real-world evidence and global clinical strategies.
- Design the Future: Create essential study documents, including protocols and reports, ensuring the highest standards of scientific rigor.
- Drive Collaboration: Oversee operational aspects of Investigator Initiated Studies, Research Collaborations, and companion diagnostics studies in partnership with Pharma leaders.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Manage study-level budgets and provide strategic oversight to external partners and CROs to ensure seamless execution.
- Advocate for Compliance: Maintain audit and inspection readiness by adhering to global regulations and standard operating procedures.
