Join a dynamic global team as you take on a pivotal role in implementing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions using ServiceNow. Imagine leading the deployment strategy and approach while coordinating with a talented project team of around 20 individuals, both internally and externally. You will engage with key stakeholders, including the global project team, IT organization, and HR business partners, to ensure the successful integration of innovative features and functionalities. This is a challenging project with high visibility, offering you the opportunity to grow and leverage advanced tools like Intelligent Automation (IA) in your work.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will define the deployment strategy and approach for HRSD solutions.
- Collaborate as part of the implementation team to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to bring IA features and functionalities into the project.
- Engage with HR services organizations and payroll teams to optimize processes.
- Lead and manage people effectively, fostering a collaborative environment.
What You Bring
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in HRSD within ServiceNow.
- Your background includes knowledge of global management, reporting, and implementations.
- You possess advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Strong people management and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
- Nice to have: Technical skills in configuring ServiceNow and any relevant software or industrial knowledge.
About the Team
You will be part of a global team responsible for HRSD, currently in the early stages of implementing ServiceNow. The project team consists of about 20 dedicated professionals, and there are plans to expand the team within the next 18 months. This challenging project is highly visible and offers significant potential for personal and professional growth as you navigate the integration of IA and other advanced tools.
