As our Front Office Host, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience, making sure everyone who steps through our doors feels genuinely welcomed, valued, and part of the community. Whether you’re helping with check-ins, offering local tips, connecting guests to each other, or adding thoughtful touches to their stay, you’re the go-to person who makes every visit seamless and unforgettable. You’re not just behind the front desk. You’re out in the lobby, creating an inviting atmosphere and building connections that keep guests coming back for more.

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
Guest welcome
- Every guest gets a warm, personal welcome the moment they arrive. Your energy sets the vibe from the start.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby, ensuring it always leaves a great first impression.
- Help guests navigate our self-check-in kiosks and make the process smooth and stress-free.
- Proactively engage with guests in the lobby, offering assistance, answering questions, and anticipating their needs before they ask.
- Share insider tips on the best places to eat, shop, party, explore and keep up to date with hotel events so you can connect guests to the right people and experiences.
- Keep accurate notes on guest preferences and special requests to deliver personalized service on future visits.
- Assist with restaurant, activity, and experience bookings to elevate each stay.
Team collaboration & internal support
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
Operations, admin & compliance
- Support with basic administrative and financial tasks such as processing payments, handling deposits, and ensuring compliance with local cash/payment regulations.
- Monitor guest feedback (online reviews, surveys, in-person) and share insights with the team to continuously improve service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting hotel outlets (F&B, rooftop, co-working, events) and upselling experiences when relevant.
Who You Are
- You have a flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach
- You’re an octopus that loves to get your dexterity skills into action
- You have a background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
- You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro
- Fluent in English and Spanish – Know any other languages? The more the merrier!
- Hard working, responsible and a “let’s do this!” mentality
- You’re a European citizen or legally allowed to work in Spain
