We are looking for a Demand Planner Iberia to join Kraft Heinz and make a real impact within the Iberia Business Unit. Reporting to the Demand Planning and Customer Excellence Manager, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. In this role, you will lead the Demand Review forecasting process in Iberia in line with Global standards, with a strong focus on delivering the right service to customers while avoiding excess stock. You will also support the implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model.
Role Responsibilities
- Preparing the demand forecast for the Iberia Business Unit, based on data analysis and alignment with Commercial, Finance, Trade and Marketing teams across categories and commercial unit codes, with a 24-month horizon
- Supporting and continuously improving the Demand Planning process in line with the LOG.OS model, using o9 as the forecasting tool and combining statistical sales history analysis with forecast inputs, while driving improvements in touchless forecast
- Working closely with the Supply Planning team to identify and resolve forecast changes and production challenges, review stock projections, and assess their impact on the supply chain, with a strong focus on Service Levels (CFR), demand and supply risks, and on controlling and minimizing the impact of Supply Chain Losses across the network
- Driving understanding of forecast gaps between one release and the next, and delivering integrated performance and KPI reporting, while maximizing the value of Power BI reports to generate actionable business insights
- Monitoring forecast accuracy, identifying the main drivers of poor performance, and driving continuous improvement in WAPE and BIAS
- Preparing and leading the monthly Demand Review, Category Review, Account Review, and Reconciliation Review meetings with Senior Managers
- Monitoring and reviewing monthly sales performance
- Building a deep understanding of LOG.OS and ensuring compliance with its processes
- Supporting the RIRO (Run In / Run Out) process to ensure successful product launches in the BU and to avoid write-offs related
Hard Skills
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering is required
- At least 3 years of experience in a multinational environment
- Exposure to planning, analytics, commercial, supply chain, or business support roles is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel
- High level of English , both written and spoken, and Spanish
